*Pre Migration Data Cleanup

We like to be very candid. This is technically a pre-migration step, but is so important we’re including it separately here. Ensuring that your data is clean before you move anything is essential to a successful migration. Regardless of the option below that works best for you, we’ll start with an multi-point assessment of your current data to ensure you’re crisp and clean before moving ahead.

Historical Migration

Perfect if you need to move historical accounting transactions, data, and backups from your old platform to your new cloud based one. We discuss and select a specific time interval for migration, clarify your data needs, and finalize your cut over or switch date. Then we’ll get everything migrated over to the new system for you with minimal to no disruption to your day to day operations.

Point in Time Migration

For companies that don’t require historical data. Your new cloud file will be setup at a specific pre-determined point in time. We’ll migrate and set up only your starting account balances at a specific point in time. After that date all operations will occur in the new system. You can then hit the ground running from where you left off in the old system.
